We are regularly called to sites only when a problem arises with its’ voice alarm system. More  often than not these systems are not maintained to the required British Standard, if at all.  Voice alarm systems may be installed in a back room that is out of sight and mind, however in  the event of an emergency it is expected to work. BS5839 Part8:2013 outlines the requirements  to ensure voice alarm systems operate to their optimum level at all times.

Maintenance Package Design

Many of the sites we maintain are ‘live environments’ such as airports, hotels, shopping centres  and arenas, all of which present limited opportunity to carry out the necessary audible testing.  We work with our clients to ensure the required standards are met at times convenient for each  site.

Technical Support

With engineers strategically placed throughout the UK, our contracts range from clients with multiple sites to individual buildings. All of our engineering activity is managed by our office team based in Suffolk, where we have dedicated technical support 24 hours a day. In the event of a life safety system failure, this service proves to be essential, avoiding potential closure of a building until the problem can be rectified.
